The mobile station welding EMECAR is the result of years of experience in the field of machines for resistance welding of small power. The extreme compactness and mobility form a combination of extreme interest for all industries and workshops of processing that use the technique of resistance welding. It consists of a mobile trolley on wheels which supports in the upper part the transformer and the electronic control and in the lower part the group of cooling water. The welding gun is connected to the transformer by means of a two-wire contact tip cooled very flexible which facilitates use in uncomfortable working position. The cooling of the welding gun, the cable contact tip and the transformer assembly are made with a closed-circuit system combined with a heat exchanger air water integrated in the cart.
